Was the 2004 presidential election stolen?
Exit polls, election fraud, and the official count
By Steven F. Freeman & Joel Bleifuss
Foreword by US Representative John Conyers Jr
Published by Seven Stories Press (www.sevenstories.com)

I recommend this one. A very scholarly and unbiased analysis of the history of exit polls, their increasing accuracy in predicting outcomes and preventing fraud, with examples from Germany and Ukraine. Less a critique on the Republican Party (who we expect this sort of thing from) than on mainstream journalism who allowed it to happen.
In my opinion, the 2004 vote fraud received even less press than the debacle in 2000, yet was much more widespread.
Read this if you love democracy. The answer to the book's title will be self-evident. _________________ The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
